Anthony has 15 years of property management and service-industry experience in the East Bay. He spends most of his time out in the field meeting with owners and visiting properties. Equipped by Mynd’s system, his team is able to deliver timely and effective service all throughout the Bay.
Denia quarterbacks our San Diego operations with over 30 years of property management experience in the area. A large part of Denia’s role is to reach the Mynd owners and properties in the market. Denia inspires continuous improvement and quality culture and has a passion for our business. Her leadership style and entrepreneurial philosophy inspires continuous improvement and a culture of quality, while driving results for property owners.
She has broad industry knowledge, with the ability to synthesize market and customer insights to drive performance. Ms. Ray has been responsible for leveraging cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high quality services, with adherence to regulatory requirements.
She has consistently demonstrated proven results by surpassing client expectations by leveraging data and technology solutions. This has helped her to improve customer performance, while maximizing returns to her investors. She is a strategist who takes pride in listening to her client’s unique goals, in order to provide the optimal customer service experience.
Her diverse industry experience includes end-to-end real estate solutions in the single-family, multi-family and commercial property management space, which in addition to property management, includes asset management, rehabilitation/remodeling, repairs & maintenance, real estate appraisals, marketing and sales.
Denia was instrumental in ramping up the nation’s first national, centralized residential property management company in 2009 for a publicly traded company, as their Chief Operating Officer. Via a centralized approach, she and her teams successfully managed over 17,000 resident occupied properties across the U.S.
As an investor and landlord herself, she understands the unique challenges her clients face. She strives to provide the highest net return by reducing turn-over and vacancy timelines, leveraging economies of scale for supplies, services and repairs and maintenance, and properly forecasting capital improvements, so proper reserves can be calculated.
