I`m giving 5 stars because that`s the limit but If I could I would add more. I had a unique situation with My rental property. Almost 40 years ago a wonderful family moved into my rental, They recently decided to vacate. What I was left with was a home built in the 1940`s that never had any upgrades. I decided to shop Management Companies and after a few calls I decided Mynd would be my choice. They were Professional from day one. The initial calls and emails were always answered timely. Lance Stokes was my first contact, very Professional. After onboard calls and Welcomed by all the staff things were about to take off. I knew Mynd handled maintenance and tenant issues but I had one big concern, "could they help Me with my entire property?". The answer was a calm Yes we can, and can they did! At the on sight evaluation at the Property I was introduced to Billy Wardlaw, Construction Manager of Mynd Management. His first response was "Wow!" we have a project. I didn't need to explain anything. The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath Home that is 75 years old and its worn antiquated condition reflected its age. Renovation called and Billy answered. After walking through the property and exchanging thoughts, Billy was able to take ideas and turn them into the reality that is a fresh, up-to-date build with 2020 appeal. Being a Painter myself, it`s tough to take a backseat during projects like these. Billy and I spoke regularly over the phone and thru texts and his responsiveness left me assured that this job was in trusting hands. I was confident my vision would be executed skillfully and the final product reflects just that.read more

I had a few rotten fence pickets and had been meaning to submit a request when I did submit it, I received a call from the vendor to schedule. I did not know that a maintenance rep set this up for me. Gilbert Lopez called me to confirm it was done to my satisfaction, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the follow up he provided.

I recently called in for a service request that was previously denied by Rentvest with no explanation given. After speaking with Gilberto Lopez, he kindly educated me that it was my responsibility to have the light bulbs changed per my lease agreement. Great to have such knowledgeable staff. The transfer to Mynd and Gilbert was a great move!

My kitchen sink was leaking and I could not get it to stop due to a broken pipe and gasket. I submitted a request and had a response right away. I've very impressed with Gilbert Lopez and how fast he was able to get someone out to take care of the issue. I feel at ease having someone like Gilbert handling my maintenance needs when they arise. He's a great asset to Mynd.

Diego Alatorre has been very responsive after moving into our new home. I only gave 4 stars because a lot of the appliances needed fixed when we moved in but he gets right on the requests when I put them in Nd they provided an excellent stove when our oven was broken. Thank you Diego!

These last couple of days the weather has been extremely hot ,I had my A/C go out. I submitted a service request and before I knew it Gilbert Lopez was responding that a tech was going to call.Sure enough in an hour they scheduled and were able to get my A/C running.Great job Gilbert!!!

Seily is a Portfolio Manager who specializes in Single and Multi-Family Property Management in Northern Nevada. She brings to the table 6+ years of property management experience and even spent an early of her career coordinating service requests and building maintenance with a smaller Real Estate firm.

Even though she was born in Guatemala, Seily considers herself a Reno Native as she and her family have lived there for almost 28 years. Seily is passionate about the industry and not only does she love helping her investors improve their investments but, she equally loves matching great residents with great rental properties.
