Property Damage Protection | This guarantee protects a property owner's rental asset from unforeseen damage when a Mynd-placed resident moves out. If a resident that was screened and placed by Mynd is responsible for property damage beyond normal wear and tear that is above the amount of the security deposit, Mynd will cover the difference up to $5,000.
  Eviciton Protection
Eviction Protection | This guarantee protects a property owner when a resident is unable to pay rent. If a Mynd-placed resident fails to pay rent and an eviction is required, Mynd will cover the court costs and legal fees up to $5,000.
