Mynd Property Management had managed the property I rented only a short time. Their management style was foriegn to me, therefore it didnt meet my expectations. After living at the property for 22 years, I had had 2 other management situations. They were hands on. So when Mynd took over it was a new learning curve for me. I was expected to use my computer for all communications with them.It was very frustrating but I needed to embrace the change or resist it and be frustrated and it is not a place I prefer being. My one suggestion for Mynd is: our words must match our deeds if we are to gain respect. Mynd has all the right words.... now is the time to match them with consistant deeds. I was living in 4930 College Oak Dr. for 5 years and recently bought a house and moved out. Starting from past year Raymond Property Management transfer the property to MYND Property Management. What I want to say about MYND Property Management and specially our complex manager, Celeste is one word, “responsibility”. In other word the ability to response of executives orders was perfect. Our heating system went out, and I was very concerned with the amount of time it would take to get my maintaince request fulfilled because the house was getting pretty cold and we have a toddler and new twins at home. However, Matias was on top of it, with a very prompt response. He notified me that my request was received, and scheduled same day service! I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled! In addition, I appreciated that he followed up the next day to ensure that my problem was resolved!
