I signed a lease with Mynd, what should I do now?


Register Your Mynd Account

During the lease signing process, we initiated your resident account registration. Check your email for your temporary login. If needed, you can reset your password (here). We recommend downloading the iOS or Android Mynd Resident app for easy access in the future.


Submit Your First Payments

We recommend making your payments digitally for faster processing. To make your first rent and security deposit payments online or in app, login to your account and click, Payment. For alternative move-in payment options, call us at 833-FOR-MYND.


Get Your Keys and Move In!

We will email you 24 hours prior to your lease start date with details to access your keys.

Mynd recently started managing my building, what should I know?

A change in management can be a good thing! We also know that it can be a bit disorienting at first. To help make it a smooth transition, we outlined below the first few things you need to know.


Your lease will remain as-is

We delivered a letter to your home and email (if we have it!) stating the specifics of your lease. As always, please reach out to us if you have questions.


Your resident account is waiting to be registered

Begin your account registration here (lease-signers only). Once we verify your info, we will email you login credentials.


Your monthly rent can be submitted online

We recommend making your payments digitally for faster processing. To make your rent payments online, login to your account and select Payment.
