Your Mynd Account
All Mynd residents have access to their very own account. Once set up, it will be the fastest and most effective way to address all of your needs. If you haven’t already, set up your account so you can enjoy all of the benefits today.
Two Easy Steps to Access Your Mynd Account Today
1) Get Registered
If you are a new resident who just leased a Mynd property, you can use the email and password that you used during the application process to register for your account.
If you are an existing resident whose property management company is changing to Mynd, you should have received an email invitation to get your account registered.
*If you don’t receive an email invitation for some reason, you can also begin the registration process by going to the portal and clicking Sign Up. You will need to have a government-issued identification and supply us with your home address so we can verify your identity.
Trouble Logging In?
If you’re having trouble logging in, click the Forgot Password link from the Sign In Form. You’ll be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the link and then enter your email and new password in the Sign In page to access your account. Please also add at the end “Still having trouble? Please try calling 833-FOR-MYND, option 4.
