As we approach the end of the year, I want to take this opportunity to thank you. The reason we exist is to serve our investors, residents, and partners, and we’re grateful to you for choosing us.
The real estate market may look different than it did at this time last year, but investing in single-family rentals continues to be a reliable path to building generational wealth.
We’ve made strides towards that vision in 2022. Today, Mynd manages over 15,000 homes across 26 markets in the United States. We launched in several vibrant cities — including Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Memphis, and Nashville— and made meaningful improvements to our investor portal.
Industry experts are recognizing the company for charging towards our mission of enabling more people to access SFR real estate investing. This year, Mynd was named one of HousingWire’s Technology Trendsetters, one of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, and listed as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US by Inc. Magazine.
Throughout the year, our team has prioritized giving back in the communities where we live and work. We’ve held volunteer days at The Salvation Army, Feed My Starving Children, Three Square Food Pantry, Mercy Kitchen, and Hope Atlanta.
As we look ahead to 2023, we’re committed to further improving our services and technology to empower every member of the Mynd community to thrive — investors, residents, vendors, and other partners.
We’ll double down on driving efficiency for our investors by implementing more user-friendly tools in the investor portal. In tandem, we’ll kick off new initiatives to enhance the resident experience, working to ensure that folks are satisfied with their home and our services.
