Stessa Holdings, Inc. ("Stessa Holdings") is offering eligible users of its subsidiary software platform, Stessa (“Stessa Platform”), twelve (12) consecutive months of complimentary access to the Stessa Pro subscription plan (the “Promotion”) when they enter into a new property-management agreement with Mynd Management, Inc. ("Mynd").
2. Definitions
- Stessa Platform The software platform owned and operated by Stessa Holdings that enables investors of residential rental properties to manage their properties.
- User An individual or legal entity that holds an existing, paid or free, Stessa account (Essentials, Manage, or Pro) and is the contracting party under the relevant Stessa Terms of Service.
- Pro Plan The highest-tier paid subscription plan for the Stessa Platform, as described at https://www.stessa.com/pricing/.
- Property Management Agreement Mynd’s standard written agreement for full-service management of residential rental property(s), executed by Mynd and a User.
- Promotion Period The period beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 16, 2025 and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2025.
3. Eligibility
- A User qualifies for the Promotion (an “Eligible User”) if all of the following are true:
- The User maintains an active Stessa account in good standing at any tier (Free Essentials, Manage, or Pro) as of the date the Promotion is redeemed.
- The User does not currently receive property-management services from Mynd for any property.
- During the Promotion Period, the User executes a Property Management Agreement with Mynd for at least one residential rental property with an initial minimum management term of twelve (12) months.
- The management services start (“Management Start Date”) is on or before August 31, 2025.
4. How to Redeem
- Sign and return Mynd’s Property Management Agreement with a management start date during the Promotion Period.
- Mynd will verify eligibility and notify Stessa. The Promotion will be applied automatically within ten (10) business days after the Management Start Date.
5. Complimentary Pro Plan Details
- Existing Pro Users – The complimentary twelve-month term will be added to the end of the User’s current paid Pro subscription. Example: If the User’s paid Pro term ends December 31, 2025, the complimentary term will run January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
- Free Essentials or Manage Users – The User will be upgraded to Pro effective on the Management Start Date. The complimentary term will run for twelve (12) consecutive months from that date.
6. Early Termination
If the User cancels or otherwise terminates the Property Management Agreement with Mynd for any reason during the first twelve (12) months following the Management Start Date:
- The Promotion will end on the Property Management Agreement termination date.
- Any unused portion of the complimentary Pro term will be forfeited.
- Continued use of the Stessa Pro Plan will require payment at Stessa Platform’s then-current rates.
7. Limitations & Exclusions
- The complimentary Pro term is capped at 12 months per Eligible User and will not be extended beyond 12 months regardless of the number of properties onboarded.
- The Promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or combined with any other Stessa or Mynd offer unless expressly stated.
- The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to agreements executed prior to the Promotion Period.
- Mynd standard management fees, onboarding fees, leasing fees, and any other charges under the Property Management Agreement remain payable by the User and are not waived by this Promotion.
8. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for any taxes that may be assessed in connection with receipt or use of the Promotion benefits.
9. Modification; Termination
Stessa Holdings reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including to correct errors, comply with law, or address misuse, by updating these Terms & Conditions. Changes will not affect Property Management Agreements already executed during the Promotion Period.
10. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or related hereto, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions set forth in the applicable Stessa Platform Terms of Service and Mynd Property Management Agreement.
11. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision herein is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Stessa Platform Terms of Service and the Property Management Agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Promotion and supersede any prior communications.
