“3 Months of Mynd, On Us” Holiday Promotion
Offer Overview
The “3 Months of Mynd, On Us” promotion (“Offer”) provides eligible property owners (“Participants”) with three (3) months of free property management services from Mynd Management, Inc. (“Mynd”) for each qualifying unit they onboard during the promotional period.
Eligibility
- Offer is available only to existing Mynd clients who sign a new Property Management Agreement (“PMA”) with a 12 month term for an additional residential unit not currently under Mynd management.
- Participants must sign the PMA between November 19, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- The newly onboarded unit must complete onboarding and be active under management by February 1, 2026.
- Offer applies to residential rental properties located within Mynd’s active service markets.
Offer Details
- Eligible Participants will receive complimentary property management services at no cost during the last three (3) months of the management term. The complementary management services will begin on the tenth month of active management for each new unit onboarded under this Offer.
- The promotional value is estimated at $300–$530 per unit, depending on market rate and property type.
- The Offer applies to management fees only and does not include leasing fees, renewal fees, maintenance charges, repair costs, vendor expenses, or any other pass-through costs.
- Free months are applied as a fee waiver and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other compensation.
- The Offer is non-transferable and valid only for the Participant listed on the PMA.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Offer is not valid for properties already under management by Mynd or under contract for management prior to the Promotion Period.
- Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated by Mynd in writing.
- Mynd reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse participation, or revoke the Offer in cases of suspected abuse or misrepresentation.
- Mynd may modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
- All standard terms and conditions of the Mynd Property Management Agreement apply.
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the value of the promotional management services.
- By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Mynd’s general Terms of Service.
